Wonder women

Action took place in 1968
We got the longest strike
In whole french history.
Outburst of free speech
Took on the streets.

Schools were burning
Students turning down
Future job offers
As work officers
And proles in anger
Steamed up the pressure

Ask for the impossible, be realistic ! be realistic !
Ask for the impossible, be realistic ! be realistic !

At Wonder factory
Women on the line
Lusted for life
'cos when you're sixteen
Spend your youth in chains
Is the worst of all pains.

Power was at bay
For three weeks running
When union leaders
called off the strike
Trading all our hopes
For a mere pay rise

Standing at the gate
Ignoring unions call
A girl was shouting
“I won't follow the pack
I will never go back to this fucking hole”

1999 life on the line
Don't hit headlines
But songs of slavery
Still remain the same
Remain the same

Ask for the impossible, be realistic ! be realistic !
Ask for the impossible, be realistic ! be realistic !

Ask for the impossible !

The invisible

In those days of rains and sleet
I have to live on the streets.
Thank to a local Mister Spoof
I got a coffin whith a roof.
My home is made of cardboard
You're not welcome aboard
Nothing I dislike more
Than not having a door

I'm an invisible
And i'm not so gullible.
I go for a bottle
Rather than a battle

I got a survival kit
With and ad prited on it
Where it says " Just do it",
I say "just fuck it !"

If a dickhead scratched a match
I would end up like a carcass,
I'm alone against hte pack
And I'm just about to crack

I'm an invisible
And i'm not so gullible.
I go for a bottle
Rather than a battle

Building companies nag me
Empty houses gaze at me
But there's no place to be
It's only air is still for free
Sometimes I wish I coulb be
Like the invisible man
Who destroys the enemy
And takes all the lolly

I'm an invisible
And i'm not so gullible.
I go for a bottle
Rather than a battle

Subkids
